Why is AT upgrading the intersection now?
We need to address the current safety and operational concerns at the intersection now. The upgrade will improve traffic flow and reduce congestion, making the area safer and more efficient for all road users. Including:
• Ability to quickly adjust and respond to traffic flows at peak times and across the day
• Move traffic through the intersection faster and safer
• Safe and controlled pedestrian crossings
