We’re proposing to make it easier to walk along McLeod Road by installing a footpath from outside 145A down to 171. This will connect to the existing footpath outside 179 McLeod Road.
What we are doing
Proposed improvements are set below, and include to:
- Installing a new footpath on McLeod Road from outside 145A down to 171, connecting a missing link between existing footpaths.
- Reconstruct driveways on a like for like basis, to match the level of the new footpath.

Why are we doing this
- Footpaths make it safer for the community by separating motorists and traffic from people on foot.
- More footpaths make it easier and stress-free for you and local children to move about your community, offering better connections to schools, parks, public transport and other local amenities.
