Footpath and parking improvements on Godley Road, Green Bay

About this Project

We’re planning to make footpath and parking improvements near the block of shops at 16 Godley Road, Green Bay.

The footpath improvement will make it easier for pedestrians to access the shops and surrounding areas

We’re also planning to reconfigure the existing parallel parking in front of Seasons Market into angled parking, along with installing new rubber wheel stops. Angled parking makes it easier for drivers to enter and exit parking spaces, requires less maneuvering space, and helps improve traffic flow and reduce congestion along the street.

In addition, the vehicle access (driveway) next to the Baywok Restaurant will be regraded to improve vehicle movements. The existing hit sticks located outside the restaurant will be removed, and this space will be converted into an on-street parking space.

We plan to make these changes in 2026.
