Kia ora, tālofa lava, mālō e lelei, kia orana, fakaalofa lahi atu, bula vinaka, nǐ hǎo, namaste, kumusta, néih hóu, and warm greetings.

The purpose of this survey is to help us better understand how you are currently using loading zones and parking spaces for your business or home to help inform the development of a concept design for Auckland’s Downtown Bus Improvements project along Beach Road, Customs Street and Fanshawe Street. We’d also like to hear about any safety concerns you might have around existing loading zones and parking in your area.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts and concerns.

Next steps

Feedback will close on Friday 9th August. We will then analyse the results and consider those insights as we develop the concept design. Once the design has been developed, we will contact you again to share it with you and ask for any further feedback before it is finalised.
