Why we’re making these changes
To prevent vehicles from parking too close to the gates and maintain clear access for safer vehicle movements and improve road safety.
We will be adjusting the length of the existing bus stop marking to align with current design standards and to allow a 15-metre lead-out space, helping buses leave the stop safely and efficiently.
What’s Changing
At 3 Niall Burgess Road: Extend the broken yellow lines (no-stopping-at -all-times) between the two gates.
Adjust the length of the “Bus Stop” marking area to meet updated design requirements.
Parking adjustments: As we extend the broken yellow lines to enhance road safety, three parking spaces between the driveways of 3 Niall Burgess Road will be removed and two will be retained.
